The NPDN National Data Repository (NDR) is a premier database that collects diagnostic data from NPDN diagnostic laboratories throughout the USA and its Territories. Its purpose is to determine whether a pest or pathogen is new, re-emerging, or increasing in any given area. It also provides critical information about plant pests and diseases to members of the scientific research and extension communities. NPDN diagnosticians upload diagnostic data to maintain the NDR with the most current information.

Due to regulatory and trade concerns, most of the data here is not available to the public, but researchers and other stakeholders can request reports or data by completing the NPDN data request form.
